     Lew Bonito started his first franchise in the 1980’s with Timberpeg where he designed
and built custom, post-and-beam homes in Plymouth County.
     In the early 1990’s, Lew explored commercial development in the Midwest where he managed a project for Royale Café Corp., building cafés in college towns.
     By the late 90’s, Lew returned to his roots; building custom homes, working for
investors and developers on condo conversions, and remodeling.
     With over 40 years experience, Lew and his team at LTB Contracting can design and
build a custom home with the homeowner’s needs and concerns first-in-mind. LTB offers
high quality craftsmanship as they specialize in custom, interior finish work, including
custom stairways.
     Lew currently resides in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.


Developer, Ronald J. Cavallo

Developer, Ronald J. Cavallo     Ron is a 3rd generation real estate developer. Since establishing his own company in 1974, Ron has developed over 700 units throughout Massachusetts. Although known for
his historical rehabs and condo conversions, Ron exercises his full capacity as a real estate
developer with a mirage of projects in commercial, residential, and land development.
     Ron has been a life-long resident of Massachusetts and currently resides in Somerville.      Awards: Best Townhouse Development, Builder Magazine 1988 (Taunton) Ron won a number of awards for historical rehabs, and historical structures.
     Projects: 110 Residency Units in Boston, 59 Units in Taunton, “The Commons”,
Conversion of a large multi-family on Cambridge-Somerville line, and a renovation/
restoration of a 12-unit brownstone in Somerville.
